In relation to her beautiful illustrations: Trudi has a great eye for the details. I really enjoy it when she shows me a new drawing, they’re always fun, slightly naive, but meticulous in showing the true story as opposed to the literal. That said though, they are no fantasy world, rather a keen observation of the everyday life. An examination of the minutiae.
